Crescent Berkshire You get here Crescent Berkshire Passepartouts in many different colors. The passepartouts are pH-neutral, made from acid-free cardboard (1.3 - 1.4 mm thick) and buffered with calcium carbonate. The calcium carbonate allows the binding of acids from the air. With a passepartout, you can focus on graphics, photos, and paintings by distracting from the picture frame. At the same time, you are able to fit the artwork into a frame optically. As a further task a passe partout serves the protection of the work from the exhalations from the frame wood. A passepartout binds harmful substances and prevents or minimizes the achievement of these at the work of art. The colors on the PC monitor are not binding and can deviate for printing reasons.
